HOW TO SHIP FROM USA TO CANADA

STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR FRAMED, CURVED WINDSHIELDS

To manufacture your windshield, we would need the original frame and rubbers to mount into it. (If applicable)

As mentioned on the PDF document, we require that you provide us the angle between the side and top bar.

You will need to trace it on a piece of cardboard/paper and ship it with the frame.

HOW TO REMOVE YOUR FRAMED WINDSHIELD

Watch the video here, or follow these basic instructions below:

To take off the framing, you will need a flat tool (I.E. a flat head screwdriver) to insert and peel rubber cover, and an appropriate headed screwdriver for the internal screws.

Look at the bottom part of the frame, there should be a rubber strip to peel off to expose the screws to be removed.

Unscrew by turning counter-clockwise.

Unscrew the corner screws
from the frame to dismount.

Clean the pieces and gaskets off any remaining glass left into ridges and cavities. To avoid cleaning fees, make sure to remove all glass pieces prior to shipping your frame.

Depending on the size of your frame, we'll ship it in a custom wooden crate to protect your frame and your new windshield from transit damages.
You can view the wooden crate fees below.
