Flex A Fab offers the premium product on the market and extends the industry's best warranty to go with it. Each product carries a 30 days warranty to the original purchaser that each product be free from manufacturer's defects.
Warranty does not cover product alteration, use of wiper or squeegee on material, scratched otherwise, misuse or improper maintenance and/or cleaning procedures.
Buyer will inspect all Products for damage, defect or shortage promptly after Buyer receives them, and will give Flex A Fab prompt notice of any damage, defect or shortage that Buyer finds. The conditions of any test for conformance with specifications shall be mutually agreed upon and Flex A Fab will be notified of, and may be represented at, all such tests. If any Product is determined not to conform to the warranty set forth above during the period ending at the earlier of (i) the date of use of the Product by Buyer, or (ii) thirty (30) days from date of shipment by Flex A Fab (the “Warranty Period”), then Flex A Fab shall, at its option, either replace the defective Product or refund the purchase price. Defective Products shall not be returned by Buyer until authorized by Flex A Fab
Flex A Fab shall not be liable for normal manufacturing defects nor for customary variations from specifications in or caused by such Third Party Products.
