1. Identify your truck and cab
- Cat model code, year if known, and a clear photo of the truck serial plate.
- Cab maker (for example OEM, Martin, Harris-Stolper or Dieteg), cab serial/model plate, and overall cab photos from the front, rear and both sides.
- Any part number or safety/material marking on the old panel. Tell us if the cab has been replaced or modified.
For Harris-Stolper cabs, photograph the serial plate near the left rear post or above the left door. For a Raingard, photograph the model identification on the roof. A shared forklift model does not by itself confirm a panel fit.
2. Show the panel and mounting
Identify a one-piece or split windshield, wiper spindle holes, attachment holes, washer opening and rubber or bonded mounting.
- One straight-on photo of the complete panel or opening; include a ruler in the same plane. Add close-ups of each corner, hole and mounting edge.
- A labelled sketch with overall width and height at the top, centre and bottom, thickness, corner radii, hole diameters and hole-centre distances from two labelled datum edges. State mm or inches.
- Identify flat or curved geometry, gasket/channel/bonded/bolted mounting, required cutouts and whether hardware or seals are needed. Keep left/right and inside/outside clearly labelled.
- If no intact panel remains, send opening and mounting details first. We will agree a physical template, sample or drawing method before manufacture; photographs alone do not define a cutting pattern.
3. Request your quote

4. Review before manufacture
We review the cab, dimensions, mounting, material and intended use, then confirm feasibility and provide a written quote and lead time. You approve the final dimensions or drawing and price before production. Any material substitution or required certification must be agreed during that review.
