Consent

By providing your email address and submitting a review, you give us consent to use your review for promotional purposes on our website and other marketing materials. You also agree to give full rights to Flex A Fab Canada INC., of any eligible image uploaded with your review. We may also contact you via email to follow up on your review or to request additional feedback. 

Review Guidelines

Please keep the following guidelines in mind when writing your review:

• Be honest and objective in your assessment.
• Focus on your experience with the product.
• Avoid personal attacks or offensive language.
• Provide specific details and examples to support your review.
• Leaving a negative or positive review has no effect on your eligibility for the cashback program.
• This program is a non-binding agreement between both parties (reviewer) and Flex A Fab Canada INC.
• Any breach of this non-binding agreement, written or implied, forfeits the reviewers eligibility to participate and receive compensation to this program. 

Cashback Eligibility, Details and Moderation. 

• Photos of irrelevant products (I.E. leaving a review for a windshield but uploading a photo of doors), and / or blurry photos are considered ineligible for the cash back program. We may contact you to retake and/or reupload your photos to ensure a high quality experience for everyone who reads your review.

• To ensure the integrity of our reviews, all submissions will go through a moderation process. We reserve the right to edit or remove reviews that violate our guidelines or contain inappropriate content. Personal attacks, offensive language or "un-fair reviews" are illegible for any cashback amount. Please keep in mind we attempt to stay un-biased in our moderation but we will not accept criticism that is out of our control. (I.E. natural disasters that cause shipping delays or damaging products due to misuse or improper care)

• Returning a cash-back eligible item for a refund will not include the cashback amount given for the same item. You will receive a refund minus the amount of cashback previously received.  
  
  
  
• You can only submit one review per item received. If you purchased twice of the same item on the same order, only one of each duplicate item is eligible for the cash-back program.

• Uploaded photos are your responsibility to ensure that no private information, offensive content, illegal activities or non-consenting people are contained in the photograph. Our moderation team may remove these photos on your behalf, forfeiting your eligibility to receive an amount of money for the photo attached to the review. You may submit a replacement photo matching the above requirements and our guidelines. 

• Flex A Fab Canada INC. reserves the right to revoke access, compensation payments and participation to this program at anytime, without any warning and for any reason.

• By submitting a review for the cash back program, you agree to give Flex A Fab Canada INC. 30 buisness days to process your payment. You also agree that Flex A Fab Canada INC. will process your payment in the same method as a refund, where you will receive your agreed upon compensation in the same method that was used to process your original payment, in the original currency that was used. You may not change this method or request any other method of compensation. (I.E. providing details to an E-Transfer active bank account or Bitcoin Wallet.) 

How to Submit a Review

To submit a review, simply leave a review by accessing the review request email sent to your email address.
We use the platform Judge.Me, a reputable company for storing and collecting consumer reviews. 
This program is only eligible for reviews using Judge.Me platform and following all guidelines required by us, and Judge.Me. 

You can leave a review without logging in or using the email, but it won't be tagged with "verified" and will be removed if it contains any personal information or is deemed irrelevant. 

An unverified review is ineligible for the cash back review program.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will only use your email address for the purpose of collecting and moderating reviews. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

You have the right to request to remove all personal information from your review.
