By sending us a frame windshield, you agree to these terms and conditions stated below.
DISCLAIMER: Flex A Fab Canada I.N.C. is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur to your frame or its contents during or after the repair service. Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising by shipping your frame to Flex A Fab Canada I.N.C.. By agreeing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this disclaimer and agree to release Flex A Fab Canada I.N.C. from any liability for damages or losses.
All costs of shipping are customers responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing by one of Flex A Fab Canada INC. representatives.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall Flex A Fab Canada I.N.C. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the repair service, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory. In no event shall Flex A Fab Canada I.N.C. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from shipping your items to or for Flex A Fab Canada I.N.C..
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By agreeing to use our services, you also agree to comply with any additional terms and conditions that may be provided to you by Flex A Fab Canada I.N.C. in connection with the repair service. I am aware that after 10 business days after being contacted to claim my product, Flex A Fab Canada I.N.C. will add a storage fee of 10$ CAD plus taxes per day, until receipt or expedition of the merchandise.
Non-legally binding note:
Even though we're not responsible for damages that could happen to your frame during shipping, we'll work with you to the best of our abilities to realign the frame if possible.
If, in the unfortunate event that a piece of glass breaks during shipment, we'll quote you for a replacement. You'll need to contact the carrier if you added insurance to your shipment, you may receive compensation for your damages.
If during the repair, we have your original glass and it breaks, we'll replace it with our material at no cost to you. We'll use the same material we're already working with, on your other glass section.
Keep in mind we don't replace any broken glass with new glass.

Very good product. Fit perfectly, even with the non-OEM roof. Quick shipping and they included some practice cutting pieces just in case I had to make a modification to fit my SuperATV roof.

Excellent fit and finish on my 2010 Lund rebel SS 1475 windshield. Customer service is quick to respond! Don't hesitate, excellent product.
The roof and windshield arived in record time, I was surprised it came so fast. The roof was a very good fit and did not have to drill any new holes. The windshield was a great fit too and took little time to install, it is super clear.
I previously bought an upper windshield for my Commander approximately 5 years ago. For my new ride I wanted a rear window that was cost effective and guaranteed.

Really cuts down on spray of mud from tires. Only complaint is I had no instructions so it took a while to figure out where everything went. Other than that easy install and great product.
Good product for the price
They fabricated a one piece windshield for our Polaris Ranger as it not a common 2 piece one. Could not be happier. Excellent folks to deal with.
